Preparing for Christmas Time

Everyone know that my favorite time of the year is Christmas. Especially it being Isabella's First Christmas this year. Her birthday is just around the corner and is exactly 6 days after Christmas. I have been planning her Christmas and Birthday for a few months now. The last few years i have only just did cards and signed my name and sent them off. Well this year I saw a post on Babycenter Community about what people will be doing and using for their Christmas cards. well a lady posted she would would be using Shutterfly because they had a special for blogger. The special is that if you have a blog, then all you have to do is write a post on your  blog about Shutterfly then you get 50 Free Holiday Cards from Shutterfly i think it is worth it if you get something free from it.  I am have gotten so many idea's on what i want to do for our cards to send out this year. also i am planning on making a collections of photo's on a card to send out with my Isabella's 1st birthday party invites.  Here are a few idea's I am going to use for our Christmas cards but after I pick the card i want to use i have to come up with what kind of photo  or photos i want to use because you can have one or more photos on them. which is great for me because Jake's family lives in other states so it would be great to send it to them to see different ones. also on top of it there is a price cut on the cards. you can get some for 90 cents that are really cute. I'm a bargain hunter so 30% off cards to send to family and friends is a great deal for something that is really nice and looks for expensive then it cost. these are some of the Photo Cards i like and more in likely will use. My Smart Hands

Well a few months ago i decided i wanted to teach Isabella sign language. Well I talk to this sign language teacher at a school i sub at. she said it is a good thing to do. She told me a few words and really didn't start on it but everyone once in a while i do. I was on the site http://community.babycenter.com/groupsa495december_2009_birth_club? which is a board for mother's to go to, and talk to other mother's that had children born the same month and year. The link sends you to my board I apart of. There was a post a mother posted about a book for signing. i click on it and another parent posted a link to www.mysmarthands.com they have video's, a dictionary on words, tell you where someone teaches classes. a lot of other things. It is really helpful and i will use it more to help me teach Isabella which was the problem because i didn't know the signs for the words i wanted to teach her.
